SWEDEN: Coffee quest

We thought we’d start our day with a swim at the local beach but the end section where dogs are allowed was strewn such vile-smelling sea weed that we turned tail and fled. To compensate we headed to Båstad’s cafe Nivå 125 for coffee and great views. That plan failed as the cafe was not open on weekdays until mid-June, and as I found on my last visit to Båstad, none of the other cafes was open in the town centre. Having run through plans A, B and C we circled south of home to Ängelholm where I had some confidence that the Espresso House outlet there would be open. That it was, and we passed a pleasant couple of hours in the town centre.
