SPAIN: Medina-Sidonia sunrise

sunrise over Medina-Sidonia
On this morning’s early walk with Munson I didn’t encounter any other people, but we caught the Andalucian sunrise, with the first light glinting off the blades of the wind-turbines to the east. If you turned to the west, the red city lights of Cadiz and other coastal communities provided a demarcation between brown land and blue Atlantic; pink contrails feathered across the sky from the eastern horizon.
