A bone again, naturally

The price of a bone is nocturnal vigilance

The bone saga - while not as lengthy or exciting as the Bone saga – continues with Munson watching over it at night. The thing is, that even if one of the cats (Greycute, Milkshake or Candyshop) turn up to chew on it, Munson is such a softie with them that he’d just stand over them looking helpless. This is exactly what happens when they sneak into the kitchen to raid his kibble.

  1. Thanks so much for the earworm!

  2. It's nice to have access to Malamute-sized bones! We gave Callie a small shank bone (that had been cooked, but still had the marrow inside) a few weeks ago and she loved it. She still keeps it in her basket of toys, but it's long since lost any flavor (I haven't tested it myself...). But she still loves to pull it out to lick it now and then; she's either checking it for renewed flavor or savoring the memories. The cat shows no interest in it.
