|The continuing wet weather has been chasing the dog mattress away from its current resting place in the shed by the house. The patch of green slime on the concrete floor is usually turned back by regular assaults of dishwater, but has now been crawling further into the storage area where I put the mattress so that Munson has somewhere to retreat to in the worst weather when he can’t attract someone’s attention to come inside. |
I hung it up on a rail at the front of the shed to dry out, and that is where we find that Greycute has made himself very comfortable. Munson is rather perplexed by both the geometry of the situation and Greycute’s indifference to his property rights.
